East Hampton Town’s $56 million acquisition of the 28-acre parcel at 66 Wainscott Main Street is a historic victory.
But as the Town Board finalizes the Management Plan, Wainscott Heritage Project (WHP) is concerned that the current draft risks the very "Open Space" and "Historic Places" which this site was bought to protect.
